Your intake starts a conversation
The checker and inquiry form help us understand your state, workflow, and planned tests. They do not open an agency filing or authorize a submission.

Scope and price are confirmed first
We send a written scope and quote before paid work begins. State-specific requirements are manually confirmed because every jurisdiction uses different forms and procedures. Government fees and any independent expert fees are identified separately.

The packet is built from your information
We organize the applicable application, test-system details, state steps, signatures, and routing information. Device-specific claims still require verification against official sources.

You review and sign
You receive the prepared documents before submission. You confirm the facts, make the operational decisions, and sign every form that requires your signature.

Manual submission is confirmed in writing
The accepted scope identifies the required agency channel and sender. Software never signs or autonomously submits. Any WaivedLab transmission requires separate written authorization for the completed packet.

You receive a follow-up trail
After the signed packet is sent through the confirmed channel, we keep the routing record and available transmission evidence, relay agency follow-up, and handle reasonable corrections to the initial application.

Where expert judgment begins
WaivedLab does not provide legal, medical, laboratory-director, or test-selection advice. If a question requires that judgment, we pause the affected work and tell you what needs independent review. You choose and retain the qualified adviser under that adviser's own scope and fee.
If a case includes a separate professional review, the written scope identifies the reviewer's role before work begins. We do not claim that any named consultant reviews every case. No consultant, laboratory, CMS, FDA, or state agency sponsors or endorses WaivedLab.
Initial corrections versus later changes
Reasonable clarifications, corrections, and related resubmission work for the initial application are included in the accepted filing fee. We do not add a surprise charge for an ordinary correction cycle.
A later change in director, address, location, ownership, test menu, device, phone number, or laboratory email is a separate update service. WaivedLab confirms the current jurisdiction-specific process and provides a written quote before beginning that work.
